There were cries of disapproval.Dave Montgomery continued once the class had settled.
“Here are the groups:
Jack and Kimberley
Emma and Crystal
Zack and Lauren”
Lauren took the empty chair next to Zack
“Hi”Zack said waving his hands.
“Hi”Zack said waving his hands.
Lauren rolled her eyes and started working on the handout.
She
was only a few inches away.Zack had always dreamt of this moment but he
never imagined it like that.He took a deep breath and sunk back in the chair.
Finally the Christmas day arrived.
Zack was still in bed wrapped inside the blankets and listening to Jingle bells when there was a knock at his door.
“Yes”
Zack couldn’t believe his eyes.
Lauren stood in the doorway.
Was Santa real?For Lauren was all he ever wished for.Had Santa grant his wish?
